Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every OMLKO piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared by hand before it leaves my studio.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery: Domestic orders typically arrive within 1–1.5 weeks after shipping. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

OMLKO ships worldwide.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. OMLKO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by an incorrect address or customs requirements.

Original Artwork

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of their unique nature, all original artwork sales are final.

Please review the photos, dimensions, and description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a piece before ordering, please reach out and I’ll be happy to help.

Prints

All print sales are final. Each print is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping.

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
