Return & Refund Policy
At Masue Kamara, every piece is created or produced with care. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Original Artwork
All original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the unique nature of original artwork, refunds are not offered unless your artwork arrives damaged.
Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or an item arrives damaged.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production or processing may have already begun, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
